Manage your subscription

Managing your Eyk subscription has just become easier, with the most relevant information around your subscription now summarised on the subscription page within your Eyk environment. Additionally, Admin users are able to hit the ‘manage subscription’ button and go right to the subscription management portal.

Filter by sales channel, online store/POS etc

We have made it possible to enable a channel breakdown filter in the online store performance insight for Shopify stores who run Shopify Point of Sale (POS). This allows you to drill down on your order and revenue metrics by sales channel and dissect crucial metrics like AOV and order volume.

Easier cross-store integrations with Google Analytics & Ads

As Google does not allow you to sign in to an app multiple times with your credentials, Eyk used to offer a ‘management key’ feature for multi-store users, enabling you to re-use your credentials across different stores and Eyk environments. Recently, we have made this process smoother, by arranging the re-use of your credentials in the background, empowering users to connect their Google sources quicker and easier.

Publish data destinations for your server-side conversion data with one click

In our efforts to continuously lower the barriers for e-commerce teams to go truly first-party, we have now released a feature that allows you to publish your conversion data destinations with a click. The Eyk team remains fully engaged in your onboarding process, but now you have control over the moment of publishing and visibility over which destinations are live. Let’s boost your ad performance!

Woocommerce connector in Beta

As we are moving towards fully supporting Woocommerce based e-commerce teams in their ambitions to run truly first-party tracking & analytics, we already launched server-side tracking and conversion api’s in Q1. Now we have started rolling out the Beta version of the Woocommerce order data integration, marking a big step towards enabling insights like e-commerce attribution, online store performance and RFM segmentation.
