GTM access management

As we are continuously working on creating a smoother, more powerful onboarding experience onto the Eyk platform, we have now automated Google Tag Manager access management for our users. This allows you to prepare for your Eyk server-side tracking implementation at your own time and speed, by walking through several guided steps right within the platform. From there, our tracking specialists can pick up the implementation without friction and focus on optimal tracking performance for your store.

Tracking Performance

Our recently launched ‘Tracking Performance’ insight offers near real-time metrics on store visits and conversions as it runs on top of your first-party tracking setup. Now, you can monitor the intra-day activity in your store with 30 minute intervals. This feature is very powerful on those specials days of the year, like Black Friday or a product launch, when you want to be able to course adjust in the moment.

Multiple stores setup

Eyk has a powerful setup for companies who run multiple stores across geography or product categories. Our multi-store cockpit setup allows you to monitor your business across separate e-commerce cockpits and focused tracking setups. Now, you are able to select a multi-store approach the moment you create your first Eyk environment and set yourself up for total control from the start.
