Whenever an Eyk users now creates their first Eyk environment, or adds a new one, a Google Cloud Project is setup and connected fully automatic, inheriting the access management and security measures in place.
We increased our underlying attribution window to allow for analysis of longer customer journeys should your business require such. Building on top of fully first-party event data that is tracked with consent, you are now able to pinpoint exactly where a customer journey started through our first touch attribution model, even if that first touchpoint has been further in the past. In our ‘Online Store Performance’ insight, we now allow users to filter on first-time and/or recurring customers. This allows you to segment your stores’ performance metrics by type of customer and optimize accordingly.
